Lorenzo Buford
As a Screenwriter, Buford has written a short independent film, "A One Color System" which won 2nd place in the 1997 Black American Cinema Society Film Festival (BACS) sponsored by Kodak, was selected for the Bahamas One World Film Festival in 2003 and 2004 was seen at the Independent Black Film Festival in Wilmington, North Carolina, Houston WorldFest where it won the Remi award and was in the International Black Film Festival in Berlin, Germany in May 2004.
He has written and performed in a short film, "Raped By Memories," which was on ifilm.org. and is also the second book in his Light and Darkness novel series.
There was a stage reading of a 'work in progress' of a film script, "Exterminating Monsters" that he intends to produce as an indie film and a stage play.
