This is the first novel in a nine book series chronicling the experiences of Michael, a black gay male, who has been awakened to his alien identity due to a ceremony called "Passing of the Spirit." As Michael is merging with various alien consciousness seeking the human experience so that they may ascend to a higher frequency of existence, he struggles to maintain a human presence in his day-to-day activities and relationships as he is awakening his 1001 eyes.
Also as Michael ventures into those dark caves within his multi-dimensional selves, he encounters ancient gods, demons, vampires, archetypes, reptilians, his past and future selves to return all of his essence back to the Light and become once again, an Uthra, an ancient androgynous being who was given the power of creation. Some Uthras failed and had to enter into the forms they created to redeem themselves.
